Conduit for iPhone & iPad

Your library, wherever you read.

A calm, native reader for the comic and manga library you already host. Point Conduit at your Komga or Kavita server and your whole collection is on your iPhone and iPad, beautifully. It brings no books of its own. Your library stays yours.

Conduit library: a grid of comic and manga covers with unread badges
Conduit reader: a full-page comic view with a progress bar
Conduit series detail: a large cover, synopsis, and chapter list

Your shelf, a chapter, a page. Conduit reads from your server and stays out of the way.

What it does

A real reader for the library you already run.

Komga and Kavita

Connect to your own Komga or Kavita server with a URL and your login. Nothing is bundled, nothing is hosted by us. You point, Conduit reads.

Your whole shelf

A clean cover grid of everything on your server, with unread counts at a glance and instant search across the collection.

Reads both directions

Left to right for comics, right to left for manga. A clean paged reader with a progress bar, built for the way each book is meant to be read.

Picks up where you left off

Read, in progress, and unread states for every chapter, synced back to your server so the page you stopped on is the page you return to, on any device.

Read offline

Download a chapter or a whole series to your device for the plane, the subway, or anywhere your server can't reach.

Native on iPhone and iPad

Built with SwiftUI, not a wrapped web page. Fast, fluid, full screen, and right at home on a large iPad as well as a phone.

Your server, only

Conduit talks to your server and nothing else. No accounts with us, no analytics, no third party. What you read is your business.

Light and dark

A warm, paper-light theme by day and a true dark theme by night, following your system or set by hand. Easy on the eyes for a long read.

Ready for your language

Conduit is built to be multilingual from day one, so more languages can arrive without a rebuild.

Why Conduit

A conduit, not a library.

Many reading apps quietly bundle other people's books, route your reading through their servers, or sell your habits. Conduit does none of that. It is a neutral client for a library you built and host yourself. The name is the promise: it is the conduit between your server and your screen, and nothing more.

  • No content bundled. Conduit ships empty. Every book you read is one you already own on your own server.
  • Your server only. It connects to your Komga or Kavita and nowhere else. No middleman, no cloud of ours.
  • No tracking. No accounts with us, no analytics, no telemetry. What you read never leaves your devices and your server.
  • One fair price. $9.99, once. No subscription, no in-app upsells, no ads.
  • Built to last. A focused, native app that does one job well and keeps doing it.

See it move, right now.

No download, no server needed. Open the interactive interface preview in your browser and tap through Connect, Library, a series, and the reader with sample content.

Questions

Good to know.

Does Conduit come with any comics or manga?

No, and that is the point. Conduit ships empty. It reads the library you already host on your own Komga or Kavita server. You bring the books; Conduit makes them a pleasure to read.

What is Komga or Kavita, and do I need one?

They are free, open-source media servers you run yourself to organize a comic, manga, and eBook collection. Conduit is a client for them, so yes, you need one of them running to use Conduit.

Is my reading private?

Yes. Conduit has no accounts with us, no analytics, and no servers of ours in the middle. It talks only to the server you point it at. What you read stays between your devices and your library.

Does it read manga right to left?

Yes. The reader supports both left-to-right for comics and right-to-left for manga, with a clean paged view and a progress bar.

Can I read offline?

Yes. Download a chapter or a full series to your device and read it anywhere, even with no connection to your server.

How much does it cost?

$9.99 on the App Store, paid once. No subscription, no in-app purchases, no ads. You own it, the way you own your library.

iPhone and iPad?

Both. Conduit is a native iOS and iPadOS app built with SwiftUI, designed to feel right on a phone and to use the room on an iPad.
